Honey Bee Festival Stallholders

The Derwent Valley Beekeepers Association invites stallholders to be part of the Honey Bee Festival, a family-friendly celebration of bees, honey, sustainability and local producers.

Each year, the festival attracts a large, family-friendly crowd who come to enjoy live demos, tastings and hands-on activities alongside a vibrant marketplace of stalls. This creates a relaxed, engaging environment where visitors browse, learn and buy throughout the day.

Who can apply?

We welcome applications from:

  • Honey producers and beekeepers
  • Beeswax and hive-based product makers
  • Food and beverage vendors
  • Plant, garden and sustainability stalls
  • Artists, makers and craft producers
  • Education, conservation and community groups

Bee-related stalls are encouraged, but a wide range of complementary stalls helps create a diverse and interesting festival experience.

Why have a stall?

Stallholders benefit from:

  • A full day of live demos, on-site activities and shows that keep visitors on site and engaged

  • An audience already interested in bees, food, sustainability and local makers
  • A friendly, family-focused atmosphere with repeat pass-by exposure
  • Promotion through the festival audience and the DVBA community – we’ll plug you on social media and you’ll be listed in the stall directory, which will be linked to your website and social accounts.
